I recently spent an amazing afternoon on an incredible beach just outside Cardiff called Rhoose Point.  The remnants of the old quarry works have [literally in some cases] fused beautifully with their coastal environment.  Nestled among some incredible ammonite casts, we scavenged some beautiful pieces of iron – real fossils of industry in its their own right.
